Achol(Myself)  : Hello,Kashfun, how are you?

Kashfun:(My friend): I am not well. I feel tired all the time and can’t sleep well.

Myself : You had better consult a doctor.

My friend        : I visited doctor several times but doctor did not prescribe any medicine.

Myself : What did he advise you?

My friend        : He advised me to take regular physical exercise.

Myself : I think he is right. You are not taking physical exercise regularly, isn’t it?

My friend        : you are right. I am not habituated to taking physical exercise.

Myself : That’s the reason for your feeling unwell. Physical exercise is good for health. It gives us energy and makes us strong and active.

My friend        : What should I do now?

Myself : Take exercise regularly.

My friend        : What exercise do you advise me to take?

Myself : You may start with walking. Walking is one of the best forms of exercise.

My friend        : What time is the best for taking exercise?

Myself : You can take exercise either in the morning or in the evening.

My friend        : Can I get extra benefit of taking physical exercise?

Myself : Of course. You will feel better and will get more energy to do any work.

My friend:Ok, friend, I’ll follow your advice right from today.

Myself : If you do so, I am sure you will be all right very soon.

My friend        : Thank you Broty for your good advice.

Myself : Thank you, Kashfun. I wish you good health.
